8.Two(2) copies, Current Land Tax Receipt
9.Two(2) copies, TCT (Transfer Certificate of Title)
10.Two(2) copies, Consent from lot owner duly notarized (If the applicant is not the owner of the lot)
11.Barangay Clearance (if necessary)
12.Community Tax Receipt
