10.Barangay Clearance (for residential/commercial building)
11.Barangay Resolution (for special project/special uses)

NOTE: Submit documents in 3 sets, other documents not specified may be required depending on the type of project applied for (e.g. ECC, CNC, clearance from other government agencies, etc.). In case an applicant has an authorized representative, authorization letter must be presented/submitted.
